• 1/3 Start-Up Fee: Based on the candidate’s first-year compensation.
• 1/3 Upon Shortlist: Due when qualified candidates are presented.
• 1/3 Upon Placement: Due within 10 days of the candidate’s start date.
Service Fee: 25%-30% of the candidate’s first-year compensation.
A hybrid of retained and contingency models, engaged search provides a committed relationship without a full retained structure.
• Engagement Fee: $5,000 upfront.
• Balance Due Upon Placement: Based on the candidate’s first-year compensation.
Service Fee: 25%-30%

Fees are due only upon placement.
