Search Options

We offer a variety of search options. Should one of these not be suitable for your needs please contact us so we can work to find a option that's right for your organization.

Recommended for critical, confidential, or challenging executive placements, retained search involves an exclusive partnership. Fees are divided into three payments:

• 1/3 Start-Up Fee: Based on the candidate’s first-year compensation.

• 1/3 Upon Shortlist: Due when qualified candidates are presented.

• 1/3 Upon Placement: Due within 10 days of the candidate’s start date.

Service Fee: 25%-30% of the candidate’s first-year compensation.


 A hybrid of retained and contingency models, engaged search provides a committed relationship without a full retained structure.

• Engagement Fee: $5,000 upfront.

• Balance Due Upon Placement: Based on the candidate’s first-year compensation.

Service Fee: 25%-30%


 Ideal for mid-level or non-confidential roles

 Fees are due only upon placement.

• Service Fee: 25% of the candidate’s first-year compensation.
